ABOUT US
Qingdao Director Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is a structural steel structure fabricator which has been manufacturing and erecting a cost-effective building of Steel Structures for large commercial buildings, aircraft hangars, grandstands, churches, process plants, shopping centers, and offices and many other steel structures worldwide for over 20 years.
We offer an in-house detailing and architectural studio enabling us to assist our customers from the early design stages right up to the final construction of their project.
The key to our success is that we design, manufacture and erect all the elements of our buildings; from the steel structure, the roof and the cladding, to the windows and doors.

Production Line & Equipment
40 Thousand square meters of enclosed production space, 200+ well-trained workers, our facilities and highly trained staff allow us to offer a wide range of services that meet industry specifications.
Four lines of automatic weld H beam, three lines of sandwich panel, two lines of C/Z section steel, and twenty lines of corrugated steel sheet. The production capacity is about 30 thousand tons of welded H beams and columns, 8 thousand tons of C and Z section steel, 50 thousand square meter sandwich panel, 8 thousand tons of corrugated steel sheet and coil every year.

Q: What’s the quality assurance you provided and how do you control quality?
A: Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. SGS, BV and other testing are available for us.
Q: Can you offer designing service?
A: Yes, we have more than 10 design engineers. We could design fully solution drawings as per your requirements. They use software: Auto CAD,PKPM, MTS, 3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures (X steel) V12.0.etc.
Q: Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas?
A: Yes, usually we will send you the detailed installation drawing, if you need, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to supervise installation on site overseas.
Q: Common type of industrial building?
A: Portal frame is the usual type in the industrial workshop and warehouse shed. Other types also could be designed and manufactured as per client's request.
Q: What's the quality grade of the steel structure components?
A: Q345 is used for main steel structure, Q235 is used for secondary steel structure.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Usually, within 25-60 days after the order confirmed, also depends on the fabrication quantity.
Q: How about the derust grade?
A: Ball blasting Sa2.5 on main steel structure manual derust St2.0 on secondary steel structure.
Q: What kind panel used for the roof and wall?
A: Color corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel could be used. Sandwich panel performs well on the heat insulation, sound insulation. Common sandwich materials are EPS, glass wool and PU.
Q: Maintenance:
A: Finish paint needs to be done after the frame is installed and do it again after 6-8 months. So, the surface will stay more time.
